  • Where is your studio located?
    Our studio is located at Mulberry Tree, 167 Moulmein Rd, Singapore 308902 (5 min walk from Novena MRT)
  • What are your opening hours?
    We are open from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am-7pm. Services are available by appointment only so please contact us to book for an available slot.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can Whatsapp us to book at appointment directly at +65 8356 6019. We will reply you as soon as we are available.
  • How early should I arrive for my reservation?
    In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, fill out any necessary forms and choose from the vast range of colors available. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honored. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
  • What happens if I do not turn up for my appointment?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. By providing us with advance notice, we may be able to reschedule your appointment or make alternative arrangements. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in difficulty to book a slot with us in the future.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    At T Nail & Lash studio we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website or app. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours notice. For the avoidance of doubt failure to notify T nail&lash studio within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit appointments cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 24 hours notice will not be downgraded loss of the deposit if cancellation or late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointments will risk loosing their appointment and being charged. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
  • What payment methods do you take?
    We accept payment by Cash, Paynow or Bank Transfer.
  • How long do I have to cancel / reschedule my appointment?
    To reschedule an appointment, please contact us, 24 hours before your appointment (subject to availability). For any cancellation or missed appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • How to refund my purchase?
    All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.
